Quiet and perfect location not far from the centre of Nea Makri and more bars and restaurants, more bars and restaurants and the coastline, everything perfect. New-fashioned room, large bathroom with a shower, hair dryers, and bath sheets. Really friendly and very good personal, great service. Location directly on the beach.

Tiki Beach Studios was excellent value for money, with comfortable and clean rooms that had amazing views of the sea and surrounding bays. The location was fantastic, with a beautiful beach just steps away and convenient access to restaurants and shops. The host, Tosas, was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
Food for breakfast could have been better, with more variety and options.

New rooms, private parking, beach in front, friendly host, regular cleaning. Great for couples. Safe swimming, beach bars. Comfortable bed, great bathroom. Highly recommended for relaxation.

I recently stayed at Tiki Beach Studios during a transit stop in Nea Makri and was impressed with a couple of features. the location of the accommodation was incredibly convenient, as it was situated just 16 km from the nearest airport. This made it effortless to reach and saved me valuable time during my short stay.
The only minor downside I encountered during my stay was the lack of certain amenities, such as a kettle and WiFi. I was still able to heat hot water using the provided cooker and pan, so it wasn't a major inconvenience.

I always stay at this amazing place. The staff helped me with sim cards. It has everything I need: free parking, kitchen utensils, air conditioning, laundry, beach access. Coming back for Christmas!

wow, nea makri never disappoints! my recent stay at this lovely place across from a lively tavern was beyond expectations. the host was like family, welcoming us early and eager to accommodate. the room was surprisingly quiet, allowing for peaceful sleep. can't wait to return and recommend to all!
